Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic volunteers to help raise funds via sponsored activities, aiding in organised events or applying for grants.

Detailed description

About with friends services are generally funded through fees paid by members and their Personal Budgets and similar funding. However to develop our work and to make special purchases we need to earn money through other means. This includes applying for grants and through fundraising activities.

If you would like to consider us as your chosen charity, get involved in fund raising with us or simply want to volunteer to aid in our many annual events then we would like to hear from you.

About About with Friends

About with Friends is a Cromer based charity working with children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may also have physical or sensory disabilities or behaviours that challenge. Our aim is to support our members to live the life they choose, developing skills and confidence for independence and to have friendships and be a part of their local community.
