Momentum x SENDIASS: Exclusions, SEND and the Law

📆 May 6 from 10am to 12pm 📌 Online event Join Momentum and Norfolk SENDIASS to learn about Exclusions, SEND and the Law. This session will cover: Who are Norfolk SENDIASS The law related to fixed term suspension and permanent exclusion Local suspension/exclusion statistics and data Legal tests and statutory guidance related to SEND in suspensions and exclusions Overview of managed moves, reduced timetables and illegal exclusions Support that a youth work professional could provide to a young person / parent / carer who are dealing with suspensions and exclusions related to SEND Q & A section.
