Join our fantastic team offering support to our members in the Friends Tearoom at North Lodge Park, Cromer.

Detailed description

Our Tearoom at North Lodge Park, Cromer was opened in 2024 and is a bright, vibrant community meeting place where an incredible array of cakes and drinks can be purchased at reasonable prices. All our food preparation and service is carried out by our members, supported by staff and volunteers.


This role is suitable for those who enjoy various aspects of working in a tearoom environment and who have patience and understanding in supporting members with a variety of customer service and catering tasks, helping to build their skills and confidence.


The tearoom is open five days a week Monday to Friday. Ideally we are looking for a regular commitment of one day a week although half day opportunities can be arranged.

About with Friends is a Cromer based charity working with children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may also have physical or sensory disabilities or behaviours that challenge. Our aim is to support our members to live the life they choose, developing skills and confidence for independence and to have friendships and be a part of their local community.
