Summary

Our volunteers are an integral part of the Brick Festival team, and we want everyone’s experience to be as welcoming and enjoyable as possible.

Detailed description

Applicants must be 16 years or older.

All applications are confidential. Not all applications will be accepted – but all will be contacted whatever the outcome.

Anyone can be a volunteer with us, having a passion for LEGO is totally optional!


Available shifts are:

Setup on Friday 22/08 Time TBC - This shift will require an element of heavy lifting. We are awaiting confirmation of the timing from the venue, though this is typically 3 hours in the early evening.

Event Day on Saturday 23/08 07:00 - 18:00

We are offering reimbursement of reasonable expenses.

We also provide a Brick Festival Crew t-shirt, as well as lunch.


Duties include, but may not be limited to:

-Setting up/down furniture, stands, equipment and various activity stations.

-Un/loading equipment

-Working with exhibitors

-Manage entrances and exits

-Creating a positive visitor experience

-Promoting and running activities

-Running charity and retail stands

No specific skills are required. A full briefing will be provided on the day that takes all crew members through the roles, and training will be provided.

The Brick Festival events are a celebration of all things LEGO. These are a great visit for families, AFOLs, collectors, builders and every other kind of LEGO fan.
