We are currently recruiting for additional non-exec directors for our CIC. These are strategic, rather than operational roles.

We are currently recruiting:

  • Chair of the Board
  • Strategy Director
  • Finance Director

While we are recruiting for these three roles in particular, we welcome interest from potential Directors with a wider range of skills and experience who can strengthen the Board and support the organisation’s development.

All Director roles are non-executive and focused on governance, oversight, and strategic guidance rather than operational delivery.

For more information, and to apply click to apply and we will send an application pack.

About Carrow House Creatives

"Providing Access to Creativity"
Carrow House Creatives CIC is a community interest company based at Carrow House in Norwich, Norfolk. Our primary aim is to provide affordable, safe, and inclusive studio space for artists and creatives in Norwich.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to creating accessible opportunities for marginalised and underrepresented members of the creative community — ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance, has the chance to create, connect, and thrive.
We believe that access to creative space benefits both practitioners and the wider community — supporting wellbeing, tackling loneliness, and promoting mindful, creative practice as a means of improving mental health and building sustainable creative businesses.
Through workshops, exhibitions, and creative events, we engage the public in accessible creative experiences. We also support the professional development of our members through mentoring, training, exhibitions, and peer collaboration.
