Join the Team! Volunteer at the Cringleford International Tournament 2026


1st & 2nd August — Easton College Sports Centre, Norwich


Be part of one of the UK’s most exciting youth football events!

Across two days, teams from Norwich, Rouen, Koblenz and beyond will come together for top‑level football, international friendship, and an unforgettable festival atmosphere.


To make it all happen, we’re recruiting passionate, friendly, reliable volunteers to join our tournament team. Whether you can give a whole day or just a few hours — we have a role for you.

🅑 Arrival & Site Flow Roles

Car Park Marshals

One of the most important roles!

Help direct up to 400 cars per session, manage payment lanes, and keep everything flowing smoothly and safely.


🅒 Football Operations Roles

Team & Referee Registrars

Check in teams and referees, manage lists, and help ensure everyone is ready for briefings and kick-off.


Pitch Marshals (16 pitches)

A brilliant role for football lovers.

You’ll:

  • Record match results
  • Support referees
  • Monitor behaviour
  • Set up finals/knockout fixtures
  • Assist with trophy and medal organisation


🅓 Media Roles

Photographers - Sunday

Capture award photos, team smiles and unforgettable moments.

(Perfect for aspiring photographers to build their portfolio.)


🅔 Technical & Media Roles

VeoCam Operators

Move and rotate Veo cameras between pitches, ensure batteries are charged, and help film matches for teams to enjoy later.


Who Can Volunteer?

Anyone aged 14+ with enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in!

No experience needed — we provide full briefings and support.

About Cringleford Junior Football Club

Welcome to Cringleford Junior Football Club

Established in 2005, Cringleford Junior Football Club has been built around the ethos of nurturing a love for the beautiful game, while prioritising development and enjoyment for all players, across all levels.

We are committed to providing opportunities for all to be involved in football in a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Our club proudly supports over 400 children across 35 teams and 100+ coaches ensuring children get a fun experience playing sport with their friends

We've recently introduced PAN disability football, Wildcats, Comets training opportunities to ensure all children get access to sports activities.

We are a 2 star FA accredited club, with ambitions to gain 3 stars by working with our local communities to support our growing Cringleford population
