We are looking for someone with a communications background to help to shape the future of contemporary art on the North Norfolk coast

Cromer Artspace is entering an exciting phase of growth - expanding our public art programme, deepening our learning and engagement work, and strengthening partnerships with national galleries. We’re looking for new trustees who want to play an active role in shaping a small organisation that consistently punches above its weight in delivering high‑quality contemporary art in a rural coastal town.  These are practical, strategic, doing roles - ideal for people who understand the cultural sector and want to make a tangible difference in a place where access to the arts is limited but appetite is high.

We’re looking for someone who can help to shape our voice across digital channels, print, press, storytelling and regional networks - ensuring our work is visible to the people who will benefit most.  You’ll bring strategic insight into audience development, brand identity, digital engagement and sector‑aware messaging. This role offers the chance to amplify a distinctive rural arts organisation and help position Cromer Artspace within wider cultural conversations.
