Summary

Are you passionate about arts and culture? Would you like to make a meaningful difference in your local community?

Detailed description

Could you be our new trustee? Cromer Artspace is a vibrant, volunteer- run organisation working to develop access to arts and cultural activities in Cromer and surrounding areas. We have exciting plans for the charity for 2026 and beyond and we are looking for someone who shares our love of art to help us to build a strong and sustainable organisation for the future.

If you have a background or interest in art and culture or knowledge and experience of local communities, you may be the person we are looking for. You do not need to have previous experience as a trustee, we will provide you with training and support, but you will need to be interested in art, be willing to work collaboratively and be able to commit time to meetings and other Cromer Artspace activities.

If you think you might be interested in the role, do get in touch and we will set up an informal chat with a trustee so you can find out more about Cromer Artspace and the role of trustee.

We will be holding an informal 'drop in’ session at the Grey Seal café on the High Street in Cromer (next to the Co-op) on Tuesday 24 March at 5.30pm, so please feel free to come along if you are interested and would like to find out more.

About Cromer Artspace

Cromer Artspace aims to engage and inspire the local community with art in public places, encouraging audience engagement and participation by increasing the understanding of the arts. All of us are volunteers and we aim to be fresh and outward looking, supporting artists and bringing works and events of quality and imagination to Cromer.
