We are looking for a pro-active volunteer to take care of our Anderson Shelter!
This unique opportunity allows a self-motivated individual to take charge of our unique Anderson Shelter exhibit - immersing visitors into a 40's back garden staple.
Take charge by ensuring the sandbags are placed, flowers blooming and innards stocked ready for the Blitz!!!
** Volunteers are required to submit a membership application form directly to the museum and pay a small charge of £15 per year to cover insurance and other costs. In return, Volunteers are invited to take part in Annual meetings, group visits and a range of discounts including a discount of 15% in our on site shop with free tea, coffee and water in the tea room! **
