The role requires individuals to create structured plans of activities tailored to the requirements of visiting groups and ensure these are appropriately briefed and staffed.
Core Responsibilities
- Logistics & Planning: Coordinate arrival times, volunteers to assist and develop an educational visit pack for prospective visitors.
- Client Communication: Answer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear visit instructions and pricing structure.

Information about group visits can be seen on our website admission page.
The role works closely with paid Museum admin staff to facilitate group visits in coordination with the requirements of public visitors.
