Join Daisy Programme as a Trustee, shaping survivor-led change, guiding strategy and championing inclusive governance in a growing charity rooted in hope.
What will you be doing?
The Daisy Programme is entering an exciting phase of growth and influence, expanding our survivor-led, trauma-informed work across Norfolk. As we deepen our impact, our board is evolving to reflect the lived experiences and diverse skills of the communities we serve.
We’re seeking new trustees to help guide our strategic direction, strengthen governance, and amplify the voices of survivors in decision-making. Whether you bring professional expertise in finance, Human Resource Management, safeguarding, communications, or lived experience of domestic abuse recovery, your insight will help shape a more inclusive, resilient future.
Our current priorities include:
- Strengthening financial sustainability and fundraising strategy
- Expanding partnerships and advocacy
- Ensuring accessibility and equity in all our services
This is more than a board role it’s a chance to co-create lasting change with a values-driven, courageous team.
What are we looking for?
We welcome applications from those with experience of trauma-informed practice, community engagement, governance, web design, marketing, HR, legal, business management and strategy or systems change. We are especially keen to hear from candidates interested in taking on specific roles such as Treasurer or Chair, or those with experience in charity governance.
We welcome a mix of skills, experience and qualities. Passion and commitment is what we seek.
