We're looking for people who love music, dance and socialising to support our Dance to Health falls prevention group in Norwich.

Our Dance to Health programme combines dance with postural stability exercises to help to reduce falls in older people. It provides a friendly, social environment for people to combat loneliness and isolation.

We're looking for people aged 50+ with an interest in dance or keeping active. As a Peer Motivator, you will participate in the dance sessions, offering encouragement and support to other group members. You might provide one-to-one support for those that need it to make sure everyone gets the help they need. You might help make tea and coffee at the end of the session or just have a friendly chat to participants to help to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Dance to Health groups run weekly and each session lasts for 2 hours (90 minutes of activity and 30 minutes for refreshments and socialising).

We are looking for people on Thursdays 2-4 at Pilling Park.
