Detailed description
We have a fun new role at our exciting Castle Street shop to upcycle donations.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers who are passionate about sustainable fashion and getting creative!
Key Activities:
· Researching new ways to upcycle clothing
· Sewing old clothes and fabric
· Designing clothes and bags
Personal Qualities / Attributes/ Knowledge:
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Good listening and communication skills
- To be able to work with individuals as well as part of a team
- Recognise own limitations and seek help if needed
- Flexible
- Committed and reliable
- Non-judgemental
Shifts available Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sundays 10am-4pm.
Could you spare some time to help? Just a few hours a week can make a huge difference.
