We’re looking for an individual within a STEM Profession to mentor a SEND school team in the Norwich area to complete their Industrial Cadets Bronze Award.
The student team will be tackling a real‑world challenge as part of their project, and they’d really benefit from support from someone with industry experience or strong STEM knowledge who can help guide their thinking and spark new ideas. Your role would involve working with a small team of students and staying in touch with their teacher to help them stay on track and complete their Bronze Award. Some of the mentoring can be done in-person by visiting the school when possible, as this really helps the students build confidence and get the most out of the experience. We’ll match you with the Norwich SEND school team and make sure you have everything you need to get started. If you’re interested, please complete the application form and a member of the team will be in touch.
