Mascot for East Anglian Air Ambulance

We are regularly invited to attend events and they provide a great opportunity for us to talk about the work we do. We take the chance to share information about the charity and make sure we are spreading the word about the work of EAAA. Our mascot is a great asset to us, loved by the people we engage with and we are looking to use Helibobs more. Helibobs is a non-speaking part!

When you will be volunteering

Events are held across the region throughout the year, although the summer months are usually busier, so there’s bound to be some happening near you and the hours are pretty flexible too.

What you need for this role

• around average height and build
• fit enough to stand for at least 30 minutes at a time, whilst in the outfit
• To be friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
• Enjoy meeting new people and working in a team
• Your own means of transport is really useful but not essential
• When not in Helibobs, we would like you to help at the event in general
