Summary

Volunteers will offer assistance to the clinician at the Leg Ulcer Clinic at Martham Health Centre

Detailed description

Volunteers will offer assistance to the clinician at the Leg Ulcer Clinic, helping with basic patient needs and providing admin help.


Tasks may vary but are likely to include:

  • Escorting patients from the waiting area
  • Helping less mobile patients to remove coats and shoes
  • Providing practical support to staff such as fetching items and refilling stock
  • Helping to clean the appointment room between patients


This role offers volunteers the opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting, as well as to contribute to improving patients' experience.


Shifts are available Mondays either 8.30am -1pm/ 1.30pm-4.15pm
