Summary

Volunteers will offer assistance to the clinician at the Leg Ulcer Clinic, helping with basic patient needs and providing admin help.

Detailed description

Volunteers will offer assistance to the clinician at the Leg Ulcer Clinic, helping with basic patient needs and providing admin help.


Tasks may vary but are likely to include:

·        Helping less mobile patients to remove coats and shoes

·        Helping to organise packs and notes, making sure these are ready for each patient

·        Providing practical support to staff such as fetching items, refilling stock


This role offers volunteers the opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting, as well as to contribute to improving patients' experience.
