Forest School Assistant

Supporting learners who mainstream school doesn't suit, to be the most well and themselves they can be, developing their own interests and being supported to follow them in a woodland environment. This migth look like chatting for hours, physical play, crafting, emotional regulation support, walking, exploring. It would help if you have some experience with children and young people with SEN or SEMH profiles but we aim to meet each learner exactly where they are, rather than leading with labels. We do in house training. The key is that you're self aware, able to regulate and look after yourself, so that you can support and connect with them.

We'd love it if you had forest school experience, a relaltionship with nature, and/or first aid training but it's more about who you are, what skills and life expereince you bring and whether you'd fit well with our tribe.
