Detailed description

If you’re passionate about conservation and looking for a way to get involved, join us to find out more about volunteering at Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Welney.

Whatever the skill set you have, we’re looking for people who can support of our work saving and creating vital wetlands, and to be our ambassadors.


This is an opportunity for you to meet like-minded volunteers within conservation who inject their energy and passion into WWT’s ambitions, and for you to discover how you can support us at our Welney site.

From lending a practical hand, guiding our guests and families through our reserve, hosting in the hides, supporting the trading team or greeting our guests and helping making their visit a memorable one, every role helps our work to restore wetlands and unlock their power.

Our sessions will run from 11am to 2pm each day. - parking is free!
