About the Event

The Volunteering Extravaganza is a volunteer fair, bringing together over 70 local charities, community groups, and social enterprises. This interactive event offers attendees the chance to explore diverse volunteering opportunities and engage directly with organisations making a difference in the community.

Role Overview

As a Volunteer Photographer, you'll play a crucial role in capturing the vibrant spirit of the event. Your photographs will be used to:

• Enhance our social media presence
• Feature in communications and promotional materials
• Provide participating organisations with visual content

Key Responsibilities

• Capture candid and engaging photos of attendees, volunteers, and stands
• Photograph key moments, including interactive activities and the post-event networking session
• Ensure images reflect the diversity and energy of the event
• Share selected high-quality images promptly after the event
