Summary

We are looking for volunteers to take part in our Childhood Day collection in Norwich city centre on Friday 2nd June.

Detailed description

Child abuse has no place in childhood. The power to prevent it lies in communities across the UK.

Taking place every year on Friday 9th June , Childhood Day is the NSPCC’s national flagship day of fundraising and action that brings communities together and gives everyone a way to help keep children safe. Are you with us?

Childhood Day collections will be taking place across the UK from 23 May – 12 June. We have a number of collections across the East of England that we need volunteers for.

  1. Sign up online
  2. Enter your postcode and pick a time and venue that suits you
  3. Take to the streets!

About NSPCC Norwich Fundraising Group

We are a local fundraising group with a small committee. So far we have raised an average £7,000 each year since we set this group up during Lockdown in 2020. We are keen to add volunteers to our email group so we can notify them about up and coming events . We are also keen to recruit new members to our committee. This is a very informal and friendly group who meet about 4 times a year to plan fundraising events.
