Volunteers at the NNUH can support staff in a variety of administrative departments.
The NNUH are looking for Volunteers to support the Trust in an effort to reduce the number of missed appointments within the Trust.
This role involves calling patients who are due to attend appointments within a specified timeframe (i.e. 1 week ahead) to confirm their attendance or free up unwanted appointments.
We have vacancies within the following department(s):
Diagnostic Radiology (based at NNUH)
- Monday morning (x1)
- Tuesday morning & afternoon (x1)
- Thursday morning (x1)

As an NNUH volunteer, you can expect to be provided with full training and ongoing support in order to aid you in delivering a much valued and crucial service.
