Volunteers at Cromer Hospital Dialysis Unit support staff, patients and visitors chatting to patients, makes hot drinks and helping to clean clinical equipment.

The NNUH are looking for Volunteers to support in the Dialysis Unit at Cromer Hospital, and we are looking for volunteers who can assist in a busy environment and are resilient to the challenges of a hospital setting.

 

We welcome people who can support staff, patients and visitors with care, compassion, positivity and empathy.

 

As an NNUH volunteer, you can expect to be provided with full training and ongoing support in order to aid you in delivering a much valued and crucial service.

 

Volunteers in the Dialysis Unit support within the Hospital by assisting with wayfinding, escorting patients and other ad-hoc requests.

 

We currently require volunteers for 2-4 hours per shift on the following days:

  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
