We are looking for a enthusiastic volunteer to support at our Sale Road office on a Tuesday role will involve welcoming people in and some basic Admin
We're looking for volunteer support in the mornings and afternoons on a Tuesday.
The role can be shared between two volunteers, with shifts of 9:00am to 12:00pm and 12:00pm to 4:00pm. We're happy to be flexible with the hours to suit the right person but we would like the core hours covered .
Role will include the below
- Using the door system to let people in
- Welcoming people who come in and making sure they are signed in, reminding them to sign out when they leave
- Sorting leaflets and keeping the reception area tidy
- Basic Admin tasks
- Laminating and photocopying
This is a meet and greet type role but will need to be able to use a laptop and have some I.T skills.
Parking available onsite if none you can park around the housing area.
