Volunteer alongside our amazing team at Thetford, a wellbeing hub for people to socialize and find sanctuary
Primarily you will be meeting visitors coming in to the main entrance. If no staff are on reception welcoming them to the building and sitting them in the waiting areas of the hub.
You will direct and sometimes escort visitors to groups/Rooms.
You will be giving out information and resource materials to the public.
You will link visitors who arrive in a state of distress or crisis with a staff member who will provide 1:1 support.
You will be making visitors Tea and Coffee and making sure they have some support while waiting for staff/Appointments
