Help support family activities across our 2nd Armed Forces Day at The Nest
Armed Forces Day invites communities to come together to celebrate the dedication and sacrifice of our Armed Forces Community.
Our 2nd annual event will include:
- Parade of serving military personnel, reservists, veterans and cadets
- Activities for children
- Live music
- 5-a-side football tournament
We are seeking volunteers to make this event possible!
Roles include: Facilitating football, car park marshalling, selling raffle tickets, managing children areas, and ensuring general tidiness of the venue.
Skills needed: Friendly, approachable, confident, and able to engage with individuals from any background.
Under 16s can volunteer when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We can group volunteers together for this event as a team activity.
