Summary

Help us put on the Foundation’s Cycle Swarm challenge! We need 15 volunteers to help set-up and run our rest stops giving our refreshments to participants.

What will you be doing:

Join the Excitement at Cycle Swarm 2025! Cycle Swarm offers breathtaking 25, 50 and – new for 2025 – 100-mile routes, starting and finishing at the iconic Carrow Road Stadium, home of Norwich City. We’re looking for 15 enthusiastic volunteers to support our cyclists along their journey and ensure they have an incredible experience.

As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in:

  • Setting up and closing down rest stops at various locations, including village halls along the route
  • Serving hot and cold refreshments to keep our cyclists fueled and motivated
  • Be part of this fantastic event and help make Cycle Swarm a success!


What makes an ideal volunteer:

  • Age 18+
  • Enthusiastic, personable, proactive and willing to react positively to change
  • Ability to do some light manual handling
  • Prior involvement in the event or experience volunteering at a similar event is desirable
  • Individuals or groups welcome
