We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Chair of Trustees at our newly established debt advice centre in the heart of Norwich.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Chair of Trustees at our newly established debt advice centre in the heart of Norwich. This is a rare opportunity to combine essential administrative support with direct exposure to our frontline work.
Shadow the Mission: Accompany the Chair during client appointments, witnessing firsthand the journey as people move from financial crisis to stability.
Operational Excellence: Take accurate notes and manage client records within our specialist system to keep us efficient and compliant.
Founding Impact: Be a founding member of a team that is actively tackling the cost-of-living crisis in our city.

Commitment: 4 hours per week.
When: Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Where: Chantry Hall, Chantry Road, Norwich. Free parking available.
