Join Our Team as a General Volunteer
Are you someone who loves to lend a hand, meet new people, and make a real difference in your community? Whether you’ve got a few hours a week or just want to help out now and then, we’d love to welcome you to our friendly team.
About the Role:
Depending on what you sign up to, you may only be needed a couple of times a year to help at events, or once a week or month if it’s admin based and you have more time on your hands.
You might find yourself:
- Baking treats for events or fundraisers
- Helping in the office with admin, phone calls, surveys
- Assisting at community events—setting up, welcoming guests, or running stalls
- Hosting your own mini-events like coffee mornings or craft sessions
- Donating items or helping sort and distribute donations
- Bucket collecting
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, can-do attitude
- Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a sense of humour always welcome!
