Summary

Norwich Unity Hub are looking to build a team of volunteers to support with breathing new life into the historic gardens at Carrow House.

Detailed description

We’re looking for volunteers to join us in caring for the beautiful gardens of Carrow House, the former home of the Colman family in Norwich. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, your contribution will help us keep these stunning grounds flourishing for visitors and the community to enjoy.

A basic knowledge of gardening is helpful, along with sensible clothing, footwear, and gloves. We’ll provide tools and refreshments to keep you going.

Come and be part of something special—help us restore and celebrate this historic space while enjoying fresh air, nature, and good company.

What we will provide to volunteers

💸 Reimbursement of costs

Getting there

On arrival at Carrow House, follow the route through our gates to the right of the building, past the Orangery. Here you will see a large car park where you are welcome to leave your car for the duration of your visit. If you have access requirements, there are 6 disabled parking bays at the front of the building. Next head to our glass reception area on the left of the building, where you can sign in as a visitor and we'll come to meet you
