Support the smooth running of the charity shop by providing excellent customer service and assisting with day-to-day retail activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Operating the till (training provided).
- Processing sales and handling transactions.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive displays.
- Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Assisting with pricing and merchandising items.
- Promoting Gift Aid where appropriate.
- Supporting fundraising and promotional activities.
