Support the smooth running of the charity shop by providing excellent customer service and assisting with day-to-day retail activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Greeting and assisting customers.
· Operating the till (training provided).
· Processing sales and handling transactions.
· Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive displays.
· Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and welcoming.
· Assisting with pricing and merchandising items.
· Promoting Gift Aid where appropriate.
· Supporting fundraising and promotional activities.
Every smile, sale, and conversation helps raise awareness of PACT’s vital work and the animals we care for.
This is a voluntary role.
Applicants must be 18+ to be considered for this role.
