Join our retail support team and play a key role behind the scenes in keeping our office organised and running smoothly.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic volunteer to assist with a variety of administrative tasks in our retail office. This is a flexible opportunity, with volunteer hours available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Whether you can offer one day a week or several hours across multiple days, we would be delighted to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data entry and updating records
- Filing and maintaining organised paperwork
- General office organisation
- Supporting the team with routine administrative tasks
- Helping ensure our retail operation runs efficiently

The new Priscilla Bacon Lodge opened in September 2023 and is home to a state-of-the-art palliative care unit. It has been built on an 8-acre site adjacent to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Century Place Colney Norwich NR4 7YA. As well as inpatient beds, a day unit and a wellbeing centre, the Lodge will act as hub for community-based services, enabling people to receive care in their own homes.
