Volunteers needed for Boat and Shore Crew roles.

Full training and equipment will be provided, with opportunities to develop skills within the role. A commitment to regular weekly training during the probationary period and a willingness to learn are essential.

In return you can learn new skills and experiences unique to the role and  transferable to the workplace such as team building and effective communication skills.

These roles require a good level of fitness due to the physical nature of the work.
