Preparation of financial statements for the PCC and regulatory bodies (Charities Commission, the Diocese of Norwich).

Ensuring proper financial control is exercised and that all financial rules and regulations are adhered to (Charity Commission Regulations,  Accounting Rules e.g. SORP’s, Diocesan Rules).

Cash management eg executing payments, ensuring that the PCC has sufficient funds for its needs and that any surplus is invested appropriately.

The time commitment required to undertake the Treasurer role is approximately half a day per week.  PCC meetings are usually held 4 times per year.
