Summary

We are looking for a volunteer receptionist to welcome clients, manage a diary and support our counsellors with administrative tasks.

Detailed description

This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to volunteer for a meaningful cause and has the technical and administrative skills to multi-task in a dynamic environment. We are a vibrant organisation with community at the heart of what we do.

 

We seek cheerful outgoing volunteers who are sensitive to our clients’ needs and who recognise the importance of confidentiality. Duties include welcoming our clients to the centre, taking phone calls, diary management, making beverages and supporting counsellors with general administration.

We ask that volunteers can offer a minimum of 4 hours and are available for a regular session each week.

 

Volunteer Receptionists make a huge difference to our friendly caring centre and helping our clients to feel welcome is a key role. Come and join us!
