We have over 30 shops and retail centres in East Suffolk and South Norfolk, from Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft in the north. We have over 30 shops and retail centres in East Suffolk and South Norfolk, including in Great Yarmouth, Acle and Southwold.
We can offer you:
- A quick and simple application process
- A chance to sample volunteering with a short-term flexible volunteering experience that works around your hours
- The opportunity to gain customer service skills
- Experience of serving in a shop and using a till
- Add the above to your CV to improve job prospects
- Volunteer with a friendly team and meet new people
No previous experience is required; full training will be given.
Availability is limited so please apply as soon as possible to secure a volunteer slot during the next holiday season!

Tasks and responsibilities
- Accept donations at the shop and thank donors
- Assist with sorting and stock preparation including rotation and replenishment
- Operate electronic till
- Understand and promote Gift Aid with donors and customers
