Detailed description
As a Reception Volunteer your role will be to be part of a team hosting our reception desk at The Wednesday Club - a weekly evening social club for adults with disabilities in Norwich.
Your role will be collecting entry fees, recording attendance and handing out mail. You will be required to be on site from 6.45pm until 8pm, but welcome to stay until the Club closes at 9pm. We are building a team of volunteers for this role so it could be a weekly or fortnightly commitment depending on your availability.
You may also have a skill to share - in which case that will add value to our programmes.
In return we offer free, and full training in Disability Awareness and Safeguarding, we cover your travelling expenses and you will be joining a project that has put smiles on faces of people with disabilities in Norwich for nearly 60 years.
