Are you passionate about supporting the smooth running of group activities for people of all walks of life? Join our team as a group assistant!
- Support the setup and tidy-up of group activities (e.g. arranging chairs, preparing materials)
- Welcome group members and help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere
- Assist with refreshments if needed
- Help participants engage in activities and provide support where appropriate
- Work alongside the group leader to ensure sessions run smoothly
- Promote respectful and inclusive behaviour within the group
- Report any concerns or incidents to the group leader or staff member
- Attend volunteer meetings and training sessions
