Summary
The Shoebox Community is seeking a number of Group Facilitators to strengthen and develop our community social groups in Norwich.
Detailed description
The group facilitator is a key person at each of our social groups, leading the session and providing a warm welcome to our members. Facilitators play a key role in helping visitors feel safe, supported and informed, while assisting the team in keeping the space welcoming and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make new members feel welcomed and included and introduced to the rest of the group
- Set up sessions, as required, setting out tables, setting out activities, making sure refreshments are stocked etc.
Fourth Thursday of each month, 1-3pm
A safe neurodivergent-friendly space for LGBTQ+ community in Norwich. Friendly, safe and supportive – Everyone is welcome at Our Space.
