To support session delivery by assisting facilitators during group activities, helping with setup, and ensuring participants feel welcomed and supported.
Role Purpose:
To support session delivery by assisting facilitators during group activities, helping with setup, and ensuring participants feel welcomed and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help set up and pack down session materials
- Greet and assist participants during activities
- Provide general support to the lead facilitator
- Encourage engagement in a respectful and inclusive way
Skills/Experience:
- Enthusiastic and supportive
- Enjoy working with people of all ages
Experience in group settings or with children/young people is a bonus
