Role Purpose: To recruit, support, and manage The Wild Hub's volunteer team, ensuring their contributions are meaningful and well-supported.

Role Purpose:

To recruit, support, and manage The Wild Hub's volunteer team, ensuring their contributions are meaningful and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new volunteers for sessions and events

  • Maintain contact and wellbeing support with current volunteers

  • Schedule rotas and manage availability

  • Create role descriptions and onboarding plans

Skills/Experience:

  • Friendly and approachable

  • Good organisational and communication skills

Experience in HR, teaching or youth/community work is beneficial
