Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new volunteers for sessions and events
- Maintain contact and wellbeing support with current volunteers
- Schedule rotas and manage availability
- Create role descriptions and onboarding plans
Skills/Experience:
- Friendly and approachable
- Good organisational and communication skills
Experience in HR, teaching or youth/community work is beneficial
