Stall assistant needed for our community Children's book sale at Lingwood Village Hall
Detailed description
Our playgroup are holding a sale of like new/excellent condition children's books during our usual stay and play session on this date, to raise much needed funds for our voluntary run playgroup!
Assistant(s) required to help run the stall. The Assistant could also spend a bit of the time sitting down reading a story to a small group of children, though this is not essential. Minimum age 16 years; experience not essential. Volunteer would need to arrive a little early to set up and stay a bit late to clear away. The times shown are the maximum that would be needed.
An additional task that the Assistant could help with is obtaining donations of good quality children's books before the event, and also advertising the event more widely in our local community (likely via Social Media) - though again these two elements are no essential.
