Playgroup Health and Safety Assistant

We are a long established, thriving playgroup renound for our friendly atmosphere running weekly sessions (term time) on an entirely voluntary basis at Lingwood Village Hall on Tuesday mornings from 9.15-11.15am.

We are seeking a team member who already has some training/ experience in H&S to help with some H&S administrative tasks at our sessions.  It is essential that this roleholder has a first aid qualification (not necessarily paediatric, can be any level of training by any provider).  Full guidance and supervision will be provided by the group leader, who is qualified in all aspects of Health & Safety.

Volunteering time is flexible, ideally it would be our full opening hours (9.15-11.15), however 9.30-10.45am approximately would also be possible.  

This could either be a short term role of 3-6 months or it could be much longer term depending on your preferences/availability.  

We are within easy walking distance of Lingwood Train Station (direct trains from Norwich/Yarmouth) and opposite bus stop served by buses from Rail Station/City Centre. Free car parking at venue.
