Assistant needed to organise fundraising events and activities for our voluntary run community playgroup!
We are a long established, busy, thriving playgroup renound for our friendly atmosphere running weekly sessions (term time) on an entirely voluntary basis. In 2024, we were awarded the Norfolk Parent & Toddler Group Quality Mark. In 2025, we were shortlisted for Community Organisation of the Year in Broadland District Council's Community Awards.
We are seeking an assistant to arrange things like raffles, cake sales, tombolas, collections of pre-loved items and themed events such as at Christmas, Easter, Halloween. You will work alongside other volunteers and support will be provided.
Our sessions are Tuesday mornings (school term time) 8.30 or 8.45am to 11.15 or 11.30am. No experience necessary. Minimum age 16 years. A written reference (for a future employment) or feedback report (for educational purposes) can be provided. Do get in touch if you have any questions.
