We are looking for friendly volunteers to help at our indoor short mat bowl sessions on Monday afternoons.Detailed description
Our indoor short mat bowls activity at our hub in Norwich is focused on improving social interaction and physical activity, by providing opportunities for clients to take part in something that they may have thought was inaccessible with sight loss. Due to popular demand, we are putting on some new sessions for our clients. We are looking for volunteers who can:
- Help to set up the equipment
- Provide assistance and support during the games
- Keep score of the games if required
- Bring a friendly and encouraging atmosphere to the sessions
Experience with playing bowls would be preferred but is not essential.
We are looking for caring and supportive volunteers who can help to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
