Supporting staff teams at Beech Ward with basic admin tasks, on Thursday afternoons.

As an Admin Volunteer, you will be supporting the ward Reception Team on Thursday afternoons with basic admin tasks such as photocopying monitoring and maintaining the supply of patient booklets, filing, and collating patient information packs.

By carrying out this role , volunteers will be helping ensure necessary information for patients is readily available and help reduce clinical time wasted on basic tasks such as printing and copying.

All volunteers will need to go through a Standard DBS Check and two appropriate character references. All volunteers will have attended the Volunteers’ Induction session.
