Help us grow something good: Volunteer gardeners wanted, no experience needed, just a love of the outdoors.

Our garden is a place where patients come to rest, visitors find a moment of calm, and staff take a well-earned breather. We're looking for volunteers to help keep it that way.

What you'll do

  • Plant, weed and help with general garden maintenance
  • Keep the garden healthy, tidy and welcoming for everyone who uses it
  • Work alongside a friendly team of fellow gardening volunteers

What you'll get

  • Fresh air, gentle exercise and the satisfaction of watching your work grow
  • The chance to learn new skills and share what you know
  • A real connection to your local community, and the knowledge that you're making a difference to people who need it

Fitting around you

We'll agree times that suit you and our staff team, working with the seasons and the weather.

Getting started

We'll ask for two character references, and you'll complete some short mandatory training before your first session.
