Volunteer Co-ordinator role 

The purpose of the Volunteer Co-ordinators is to ensure 

·      Work collaboratively as a team 

·      effective ongoing volunteer recruitment working with key stakeholders and developing new recruitment programmes 

·      deliver volunteers training & induction 

·      management of database 

·      respond promptly to volunteer email enquiries 

·      management of consistent recruitment process 

·      planning and ensuring volunteers for show shifts and events 

·      to maintain & develop the volunteer numbers, ensuring our volunteer’s feel appreciated and valued, and allow knowledge and awareness of the positive impact their contribution

·      organise and attend relevant volunteer and stakeholder events 

·      upload relevant shifts and comms via the digital system 

Due to the variety and number of performances at the theatre, the 2 co-ordinators will each oversee 

1.     external shows 

2.     internal productions 

Expectations 

·      Communicates clearly/regularly with the Board Secretary

·      Time commitment will vary depending upon the shows
