We are looking for our next District Lead Volunteer to lead and support Scouting across Eastern Norwich and the surrounding areas.
Could you be our next Lead Volunteer for Eastern Norwich District Scouts?
Norfolk Scouts are looking for someone to lead and support their teams of dedicated volunteers across Eastern Norwich and the surrounding area.
You'll be a strategic-thinker and a forward-planner. You'll understand how to create a positive environment, build & support your team, and keep projects moving. Our Lead Volunteers are passionate about developing young people and volunteers. Plus they are great at problem-solving over a mug of tea and biscuits!
If you can lead by example and give others the space to shine, then you sound like a Lead Volunteer to us!
This volunteer role could also be shared between more than one volunteer if preferred as a joint role working collaboratively.
